Beatrice Bloom is the president and director of the “ London Fashion Film Festival” for the past 9 executive years and the head of the production of the event.
She was appointed the head of the festival from the early days of the event, because of her contribution to a revolutionary way of seeing Fashion Films, which became her new movement in the industry.
What she aims for, is for fashion to be celebrated in many art-form in motion pictures.
She has been an international jury member in other film festivals, as well as a mentor in universities, where she has given several inspirational and educational talks.
Beatrice is also a freelance director, producer and fashion film tutor, since 2010.
She is based in London and was trained with her bachelor's degree in Media and Communications and her MA degree in Film Production. She also has studied Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge University, to find better solutions in a new fashion considering sustainability.
She was the head of the selection committee for 5 years at the “ UK Film Festival”. Prior to this, she had produced and directed many different projects.
In her own free time, she enjoys designing jewellery and clothing for over 10 years as well as modeling.
Her love for fashion has eventually created her new brand of children's clothing called “Kids of Mayfair”.
